Creativegarh Design Studio is a one-stop-creative-hotshop based in a small and cosy garage in Noida (NCR Delhi). We provide our clients in India, Europe and the USA with a host of creative services ranging from logo designs to setup and maintenance of e commerce engines. And while doing this, we also design film sets, exhibition stalls, shoes, furniture, bags, jewelry, curate art shows, make films – in a nutshell almost everything that interests us and comes our way.
We follow what we call the ‘film-production-model’ for design and development where depending on the requirements of a project, we pick up the best possible talent available (mostly from within the Creativegarh community) and work together till the logical conclusion of the project. And needless to say, if we bond and build a good rapport with a professional, we ensure that we work together, more often. In the process, we have built a very close-knit group of freelancers / professionals who are accessible to each other round the clock / when clients strike.
While we have proven to our clients many times over that our ‘film-production-model’ works best, we also have a small team in house that manages all projects and helps run the day to day development for existing clients. Even the inhouse team works on a very interesting retainership model. For this inhouse team, we need a full-time techie who is willing to work with us and take our dream forward.
Let’s start with what we expect from you:
a. You should have expert-level knowledge of current standards-based and open systems front-end *web* development techniques (hand-coded HTML, HTML forms, Javascript and CSS across various platforms and browsers).
b. You should have expert level knowledge of PHP / MySQL. It’ll be great if you are familiar with Perl / ASP / JSP.
c. You should have a good knowledge of various kinds of hosting environments required and should have the ability to integrate web front-ends with backend applications /databases through API’s provided.
d. Experience with setting up e-commerce engines and with open-source CMS’s such as Drupal and Typo3 is a plus plus plus.
Having said this, we’d like to reiterate that you needn’t know all this / everything but should be willing to learn and research on your own and provide a solution when required.
What we are really interested in is a ’solution’ attitude coupled with great skills.
You are free to work with us from our premises or yours and we’ll give you enough work to have your undivided attention. Even if you choose to work from your own premises, you should be open to come over to our office at a short notice.
Also, deadlines and quality are sacrosanct for us. So, we’d like you tofollow that as well.
